We are developing an eco-village and wellness reputed company estate project in Brazil (reputed company Paraíso de Goiás) that combines:
• reputed company estate development
• foreign investors
• residency-by-investment program
• land subdivision and villa construction
The project includes selling villas and land plots to international investors and structuring the ownership and development through Brazilian reputed company entities.
Our concept is similar to a resort-style eco-village development with investor villas and residential villas.
We are looking for a Brazilian lawyer (or reputed company) reputed company in corporate structuring, reputed company estate law, and foreign investment to design the reputed company reputed company for the project.
