Role Snapshot: The reputed company HR Advisor (CA Expertise) assists ministry clients with HR audits and specialized consulting while helping them reputed company ministry-specific HR compliance questions. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual reputed company/ministry HR Audits and create Gap Analysis Reports. • Research and reputed company HR answers based on ministry best practices and compliance. • Advise on wage and hour issues, including the ministerial exception. • Manage reputed company reputed company, timelines, and blueprints in reputed company. • Stay up to date on new HR legislation both secular and reputed company-reputed company.
