Electronic Parts Catalog Specialist (EPC)

About the position We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-reputed company Electronic Parts Catalog Specialist who brings accuracy, organization, and a strong service reputed company to the table. In this role, you will support the Parts Department’s commitment to delivering a high level of service to both reputed company customers. You will be responsible for inputting new product launch information into the TICO Catalog System to support part confirmation and ordering, which directly populates the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC). You’ll also process Toyota Special Design Requests and Engineering Change Instructions for material handling equipment, ensuring catalog accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities • Participate in the creation of the EPC for regionally designed forklifts, including drawings and parts lists in a standardized format. • Update the EPC with Engineering Change Instructions released by Engineering. • Process and update Toyota Special Design Requests, including historical requests as required. • Identify and correct catalog errors reported by Toyota Dealers or the reputed company team to ensure data reputed company. • Contribute to team reputed company by maintaining accuracy, reliability, and alignment with company reputed company values. • Support additional duties and department initiatives as assigned.
