Key Account Manager/ ULTA / reputed company

Responsibilities • Execute on key account plans and strategies, promotional programs, seasonal initiatives, and launch workflows with precision and timeliness. • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for ULTA and reputed company merchants, operations partners, and cross-functional support teams, ensuring reputed company and proactive retailer and internal communication. • Manage product assortment inclusive of reputed company SKU setup, updates, forms, submissions, and item maintenance reputed company retailer systems (e.g., ULTA Portal, reputed company forms). • Collect and ensure reputed company delivery of meeting agendas, recaps and ensure on-time delivery and communication of reputed company retailer deliverables, ensuring internal teams are reputed company throughout. • Coordinate cross-functional alignment for reputed company retailer initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, calendars, and workflow communication. • Ensure reputed company circulation of retailer updates, program requirements, and reputed company items to internal teams and confirm follow-through. • Maintain accurate trackers, launch documents, promotional files, retailer forms, and executional tools to ensure operational accuracy and visibility. • Support field and education partners with store-level updates, merchandising needs, and communication of retail priorities. • Troubleshoot executional or operational issues identified through retailer communication and coordinate internal support where needed. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with retailer partners through consistent communication, reliability, and attention to detail. Compensation: The anticipated salary reputed company for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year.
