Trade Analyst (MI, US)

Responsible for performing varied trade reputed company work residing reputed company reputed company’s Global Trade Management functions. The ideal candidate may specialize in one or more functional areas such as classification, import/export operations, restricted party screening, special trade programs, reconciliation, post entry and vendor performance management. reputed company to new graduates who are eager to learn the industry with an analytical reputed company. 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate corrections to entries based on reputed company and team requests and work reputed company deadlines set by Customs
• Closely monitor corrections made to receive refunds needed from Customs
• Manage and resolve reputed company regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import and/or export data
• Monitor and adhere to changing priorities as required by the reputed company(s), US Customs and other regulatory bodies, and management
• Research missing or incomplete forms or information with suppliers, carriers, and the reputed company 
• Respond and address reputed company inquiries and requests reputed company with reputed company parties including other Livingston employees, clients, brokers, reputed company forwarders and carriers
• Contribute to process development and improvement

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Experience in Customs Brokerage, Classification and/or customer service
• Post entry reputed company claims and/or customs clearance, or other post entry functions preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
• The ability to set and manage priorities to meet reputed company deadlines
• A basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically with reputed company and MS reputed company
• A desire to learn and to be coached toward a Sr. Trade Analyst role
• The ability to work both individually and in reputed company environment
• A reputed company and flexible attitude is required.
