InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Sebastian. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their home
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to reputed company individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs

• Maintain accurate and reputed company home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits

This position is reputed company on a per-visit reputed company. The evaluation visit reputed company for this role ranges from $70-80 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Requirements

• reputed company occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
