The Traveler reputed company Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience for travel clinicians by supporting payroll inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and partnering closely with reputed company and operations teams.

This role blends customer support, operational coordination, and payroll/billing assistance, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-reputed company experience.

Works Closely With

Recruiters, Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, reputed company, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong clinician experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clinician payroll inquiries, including pay, stipends, deductions, and pay statements
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams

• Audit candidate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
