Systems Administration Manager (Oakland, CA - US)

We are currently seeking a full-time Systems Administration Manager to reputed company the IT systems administration function at ES and supervise a small team of junior staff members.  They will be responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of the corporate network, telephony, and software platforms. The IT Manager will also require the demonstration of leadership and will include the supervision of junior staff member(s) reputed company the IT department. Effective supervision will include the delegation of tasks to more junior staff members reputed company the department while maintaining ultimate responsibility for the completion of tasks. The role is also a working manager role and will be expected to resolve tickets with team members as necessary and serve as a backup support reputed company staff are out of the office. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure corporate networks, telephony, alarm systems, and cameras are properly maintained and secure

• Author processes and documentation

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree in a reputed company field 
• 8 years reputed company experience in IT systems administration 
• Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining networks 
• Experience implementing and configuring various software systems 
• Demonstrated experience in leading IT reputed company 
• Certification or knowledge in MS Azure desktop VMs, SharePoint, Exchange Online 
• Familiarity with systems including Datto RMM, Tableau, reputed company, reputed company, InTune, and reputed company  
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills 
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company, Mac OS, and networking troubleshooting. 
• Ability to work and reputed company independently

The salary reputed company for this role is $122,600–$159,400, with a reputed company compensation of $140,000 based on experience and qualifications
