Position reputed company 

As the subject matter expert in reputed company-level reputed company and change management, the Senior Director, reputed company reputed company Office (EPO) is responsible for designing, implementing, and owning reputed company’s reputed company execution reputed company, including cross-functional and cross-company program delivery, process harmonization, systems and tooling maturity, and M&A integration. This role serves as the central integrator across the business - driving alignment, accountability, and measurable operational maturity across reputed company functions. This role requires significant reputed company-level influence and ownership of company-wide execution reputed company. 

The position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer. This role is Remote and may require travel to various location. 

In this role, the essential functions are:

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Management Science, or a reputed company field with 8 or more years of reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company leadership, operations, reputed company execution, change management, or transformation roles 
• Demonstrated experience leading large-reputed company, cross-functional reputed company initiatives across multiple business reputed company 
• Proven ability to build and implement execution frameworks, operating reputed company, and performance tracking systems 
• Experience operating as an reputed company integrator, influencing senior leaders without reputed company authority 
• Strong experience driving operational maturity, process standardization, and organizational transformation 
• Experience driving change management in a high-reputed company organization undergoing significant scaling or integration 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in the defense, national reputed company, reputed company, or government contracting industry 
• Experience with reputed company system implementations (e.g., HRIS, ERP)

Travel, Physical and/or Government Mandated Requirements:

Compensation: 

The good faith reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $160,000 – 215,000 at the time of this posting.
