The mission of the VP of Marketing is to build the marketing reputed company that powers this next phase of reputed company.

This leader will help reposition reputed company in the market from a services-led company to a category-defining software platform while expanding our reputed company into reputed company buyers. They will build a marketing organization that combines performance, brand, and product marketing to generate predictable pipeline and reputed company market leadership.

This is a builder and operator role. We are looking for someone who has successfully led a similar transition before. Someone who knows how to sharpen positioning, build reputed company demand, and turn marketing into a measurable pipeline reputed company inside a high-reputed company company.

What you'll do

• Own the hotel sourcing process from reputed company reputed company, to RFPs, through signed reputed company, including negotiating contract terms and clauses
• Partner with event planners on sourcing needs for clients 
• Work with supply partners to ensure RFP accuracy to reduce sourcing errors, and reduce the overall time it takes us to complete the sourcing product platform-wide as a first issue reputed company
• Regularly review the sourcing funnel and analyze needs, opportunities, and potential blockers
• Demonstrate exceptional reputed company obsession by consistently meeting or exceeding reputed company expectations
• Adapt to changing reputed company requests with a reputed company attitude and a reputed company on finding solutions
• Own process improvement and documentation for best practices to ensure reputed company is set up for reputed company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management with a reputed company on sourcing, vendor management/coordination, planning, execution, and budget management 
• 3-5 years of experience in hotels/hospitality required
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong reputed company of urgency and the ability to rigorously prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management skills and experience managing a high volume of tasks
• Strong executive reputed company and ability to present information to a reputed company of senior leaders
• Proven ability to be creative and innovative in planning in-person events

Occasional Travel: Connecting is in our DNA, please note that we anticipate roughly 6-8 nights of travel per year for this role.

Total Compensation Package; Including Benefits and Stock:

• reputed company: $88,000 - $105,000 a year; Depending on Experience and Qualifications
• Bonus: $10,000 annually, based on Business and Personal Milestones
• Medical, reputed company, dental, life: $10,000 - $16,000 a year; Depending on Individual or Family Plan
• Equity: Our reputed company is to take reputed company to the moon
