Location & Commitments:

• Status: Full-Time / Exempt
• Work Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

• Draft reputed company documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct reputed company research, assist with preparation for hearings, and reputed company reputed company counsel to clients.
• Analyze reputed company reputed company, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date reputed company files for easy reputed company by reputed company.

Requirements & Competencies:

• Florida Bar Admission
• 5+ years experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Must meet billing goal expectations.
•  Strongly prefer either coverage experience and/or judicial clerkship.
•  Must have experience with reputed company research and reputed company reputed company analysis.
