Compensation & Benefits: 

reputed company Salary: $78,000 - $103,000/year 

Additional Earning Potential: 

  • Flexible Relocation Bonus reputed company: $15,000 bonus for relocating reputed company 60 days of offer OR $10,000 bonus for working remotely and relocating reputed company 6 months of start date

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver evidence-based ABA programming to pediatric clients 
  • reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship to your RBT team 
  • Conduct comprehensive program reviews and assessments 
  • Maintain accurate, reputed company documentation 
  • reputed company parent training sessions and reputed company meetings 
  • Support RBT reputed company development and reputed company-building 
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on integrated care plans 

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field 
  • reputed company BCBA® Certification in good standing 
  • Passion for pediatric care and family-centered reputed company

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand/walk for 4-6 hours daily 
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds 
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands
