Position reputed company:

The Construction Management Specialist will work closely with reputed company project team members and closely supervise reputed company contractor and sub-contractor trade employees. This is a traveling Construction Management position supporting project work across multiple sites. Primary Responsibilities:

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience in establishing and effectively using project controls tools to manage a large construction project
• Understanding of a process approach to accomplishing construction management and start-up testing work
• Demonstrated reputed company relationship-building experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with and guide others in potentially adversarial situations
• Successful and proven experience as an Industrial Construction Site Manager
• Industrial Field Experience, Trade School Graduate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company, safety, and health guidelines for sizeable industrial construction job sites
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Organizational and time-management skills
