How you’ll contribute
Responsible for coding operations and medical record documentation improvement operations (as applicable), ensuring timeliness, accuracy, completeness, consistency, compliance, and standards fulfillment as defined in expectations. Contributes to the development of strategic direction. Coaches and provides overall guidance to the reputed company team to resolve reputed company issues; help resolve dysfunctional behavior reputed company functional areas; discipline and counsel staff, as necessary. Monitors performance according to productivity and reputed company standards as defined in policies and other reputed company documents. Manages and motivates reputed company improvement operations. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience: 5-7 years reputed company review experience, 7 years’ experience in a leadership role. Certifications:
