Bar Helper - Brew Brothers-Full Time (Weekends/Evenings)
Responsibilities
Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required reputed company tag, ID, and licenses, reputed company to work with a reputed company, reputed company ‑ to ‑ serve attitude. Greets guests and team members reputed company and professionally in support of our Family Style Service culture. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of reputed company bar areas, including counters, floors, sinks, glassware, equipment, coolers, and storage spaces. Restocks ice, garnishes, glassware, napkins, and other supplies; maintains par reputed company and rotates products by checking expiration dates. Replenishes products including changing kegs and bag-in-the reputed company reputed company. Assist bartenders with bar station setup, breakdown, and restocking during peak periods. Receives, organizes, and stores bar deliveries and inventory; removes trash and recyclables safely and regularly. Follows outlet policies and procedures for operational reputed company and reports equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or bar support preferred but not required Must be 18 years of age or older Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays regularly Proficient in English verbal and written Must obtain a food handlers permit. Must be reputed company to pass background reputed company Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and push or pull up to 75 pounds Ability to stand and maneuver in confined areas for extended periods and stand/walk entire shift. Ability to work in a sometimes noisy, smokey environment including loud music and flashing lights. Ability to work in varying temperature environments (hot and cold) Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
