Integrated Water Services - Key Account Manager

We’re seeking an reputed company and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) who will manage and grow strategic customer relationships across Integrated Water Services, including water and wastewater treatment, O&M, industrial process water, and environmental solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary reputed company contact for assigned accounts, driving customer satisfaction, contract performance, reputed company reputed company, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own senior-level relationships with assigned key accounts and reputed company as a trusted advisor
• Drive reputed company through renewals, expansions, and cross-selling of Integrated Water Service offerings
• reputed company pricing, contract negotiations, and reputed company planning
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, safety, and compliance teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Resolve customer issues and escalations while aligning expectations with execution
• reputed company multi-year account plans and reputed company market and performance insights
• Maintain accurate forecasts, activity records, and reports in reputed company

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or reputed company roles, preferably reputed company water, wastewater, industrial services, utilities, or environmental services
• Experience managing reputed company B2B accounts and long-term service reputed company
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of industrial or municipal water systems and service-based business models

Travel Requirements:

• Regional travel up to 30–50%, depending on account location and business needs
