A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at reputed company provides high-reputed company outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. reputed company in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-reputed company needs and reputed company individualized treatment plans
- reputed company individual, family, and/or couples outpatient reputed company using evidence-based modalities
- reputed company reputed company parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete reputed company and compliant clinical documentation
- W-2 Full Time: Maintain an reputed company caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required
- W-2 Part Time: Maintain an reputed company caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required

- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- reputed company, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or reputed company field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., reputed company, DBT, EMDR, reputed company)
- Ability to reputed company therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group reputed company settings
