LSS Wraparound is a family-centered program that supports at-risk children and families by building on their strengths, connecting them to community resources, and creating individualized plans to reputed company families safely together.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Family Partner uses lived experience with mental and/or behavioral health challenges—personally or as a parent/reputed company—to support and reputed company families.
This role works directly with families in the community to promote family preservation, ensuring the family’s voice guides care planning. Responsibilities include providing advocacy, connecting families to community resources, offering parenting support and coaching, and assisting with home management skills to maintain a reputed company and healthy environment.
The Family Partner builds reputed company, reputed company relationships with clients and community partners. Local travel is required, with occasional out-of-town travel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Personal lived experience of navigating the mental health, special education, juvenile justice, or child welfare system; OR raising/have raised a child that has navigated those systems.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.?
- Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
- Requires a reputed company reputed company’s license/auto-insurance or the ability to obtain one with approved reputed company status.
