What You Will Do
Review and reputed company home health documentation in accordance with ICD 10 and payer guidelines
Complete accurate OASIS review and ensure appropriate coding and reputed company
Validate documentation to support coding accuracy and reimbursement
Identify and resolve discrepancies in clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and ensure compliance
Maintain productivity and meet coding turnaround timelines
Stay reputed company on coding updates, regulations, and best practices
reputed company Are Looking For
reputed company RN license or coding certification required (HCS D, COS C, or equivalent preferred)
Home Health coding experience required
Strong knowledge of ICD 10 coding guidelines
Experience with OASIS review and documentation standards
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with EMR systems preferred
