Senior Analyst, Payroll - Temporary
This is a temporary role from reputed company 2026 to September 2027, with a possible transition to a full-time permanent position.
What your reputed company will be:
- Prepare and have complete ownership of full cycle end to end international payroll processing monthly and semi-monthly payroll for our international employees in the US, Canada, reputed company, APJ and EMEA, and work closely with our international payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees, providing guidance and resolving payroll-reputed company queries, policies, ensuring effective reputed company in a reputed company manner.
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international regulations, data reputed company standards, and reputed company's internal policies.
- Support payroll reputed company reputed company activities, including the preparation of accruals and account reconciliations, prepare and post payroll journal entries to the general reputed company, ensuring reputed company financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and partner with the reputed company team to resolve variances.
- Assist with year-end activities, including the reconciliation and support for the distribution of annual tax forms (e.g., T4s, W-2s).
- Support the administration of retirement and benefit contributions (e.g., 401(k)), including processing files and assisting with compliance activities.
- Assist with the review of quarterly payroll tax reporting and help research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues.
- Prepare and generate internal payroll reports for management and assist with external regulatory filings.
- Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the payroll function, helping to enhance efficiency, reputed company automation, and improve the stakeholder experience.
