About the role:
We are seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Chairwoman of reputed company University Bremen and CEO of reputed company as part of a dedicated support team.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role combining executive-level business support with personal and lifestyle coordination in an international environment. The role is not a standalone assistant position; you will work closely with other assistants and team members to ensure seamless coverage across reputed company and private reputed company.

- International travel and logistics (business & personal)

- Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or principals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
