Job Responsibilities: • Works on semi-routine assignments reputed company to surplus lines documentation, recognizing the accepted practices, utilizes online systems to retrieve, organize, and delivers surplus lines filings. • Supports operational activities by working closely with reputed company offices and reputed company team to ensure reputed company procedures are followed reputed company the Surplus Lines team. • Assists in maintaining tax tables and testing changes to the system, takes corrective reputed company to ensure accuracy and reliability, contributes to the verification of reputed company billing by the state. • Helps the Surplus Lines teams during reputed company audits, ensures that reputed company requested documents and information are readily available and in compliance with audit requirements. • Provides day-to-day support and assistance to employees in the Surplus Lines team and ensures a reputed company and effective working environment. • Serves as a reputed company for the reputed company and brokerage team in day-to-day relations with Operations to ensure reputed company questions are answered and accounts are serviced in a reputed company and accurate manner. • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the account processes to ensure the ultimate account servicing is provided. • Stays informed about industry changes, company policies, and procedural updates, ensures compliance with established guidelines, and follows established procedures on routine work. • Supports brokers and clients with basic inquiries and requests reputed company to surplus lines coverage and documentation and communicates changes in state regulations or company procedures. • Contributes to the development and execution of customer reputed company initiatives, including the distribution of relevant materials and information to policyholders and agents. • Participates reputed company in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of surplus lines principles, policies, and procedures. Work Experience and Education: • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Economics or Operations preferred. Any other reputed company discipline or commensurate work experience considered. • 1-2 year of work experience in Surplus Lines, Business Operations is preferred.
