Regional Manager - Retail Sales Support (Central)

Job Location: This is a remote position preferably based in Dallas/Ft Worth or reputed company, TX.

The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing Hisense's reputed company reputed company reputed company stores by guiding and supporting reputed company employees funded by Hisense. Key Responsibilities:

• Influence without reputed company authority to reputed company teams with Hisense's sales strategies and goals. 
• Conduct regular store reputed company (60-70% travel) to assess performance, deliver coaching, and implement development plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Qualifications: 

• College degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred but not required. 
• Minimum of 6 years of multi-unit retail management experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate indirectly. 
• Willingness to travel extensively (60-70%). 
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and sales tracking tools. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
