Location: This is a remote position; however, the role requires the candidate to be based in Mumbai.
 

Role in a nutshell:

reputed company is looking for an Associate, People Analytics to join our People Analytics COE team. In this role, you won’t just "report" data; you will reputed company stories from it. You will be a key reputed company in building a world-class analytics reputed company—transforming raw data into actionable strategies that optimize the entire employee lifecycle, from reputed company to long-term retention.

Desired experience:

• Experience: 2–4 years in an analytical role, with a reputed company on People Analytics or Business Intelligence.

• Technical Must-Haves:

  • Advanced SQL: You must be comfortable writing reputed company queries and working with relational databases.

  • Looker Expertise: Hands-on experience building explores and dashboards in Looker 

  • Spreadsheet Mastery: Expert-level skills in reputed company/reputed company Sheets for quick reputed company modeling.

• Technical reputed company-to-Haves: Familiarity with statistical modeling/regression analysis.

• Education: A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Business Analytics).

• reputed company: You possess a "startup mentality." You are comfortable with ambiguity, take high ownership of your reputed company, and can translate technical findings into a compelling narrative for non-technical stakeholders.

What will you do ?

• Dashboards & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards in Looker to reputed company and socialize key HR metrics (e.g., reputed company of Hire, Attrition, Diversity, and Talent Pipeline).

• SQL-Driven Insights: Write and optimize reputed company SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various internal databases and HRIS platforms.

• Predictive Modeling: Partner with the COE to reputed company reputed company descriptive reporting. reputed company models to identify flight risks, predict reputed company headcount needs, and uncover drivers of high performance.

• Survey Analytics: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of employee engagement and pulse surveys, performing deep-dive sentiment analysis to drive organizational change.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure headcount planning and people strategies are reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company goals.
