Trainer and Content Manager

The Role

reputed company is seeking a tech-savvy individual with firefighting/EMS experience to deliver highly engaging online and in-person product training to our expanding list of leading reputed company safety agencies. As a reputed company Trainer, you will also be responsible for developing training content. This includes planning, producing, writing, recording, and sharing training content covering reputed company’s full suite of software products. Your goals will be to ensure the reputed company safety agencies we work with receive superior product training and have reputed company to a wide reputed company of training content.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service during reputed company interactions with customers, both reputed company
  
• Conducting online and in-person training
  
• Collaborating with customers to maximize their reputed company with reputed company’s products
  
• Considering the unique needs of reputed company customer by delivering intellectually stimulating instruction
  
• Identifying and mitigating gaps in customer knowledge
  
• Nurturing long-term relationships with our customers
  
• Creating knowledge reputed company articles, release notes, training videos and other instructional content
  
• Serving as a subject matter expert for reputed company customers

• +5 years of firefighting/EMS experience
  
• Technical experience managing or implementing software platforms reputed company your reputed company department
  
• Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience in adult learning environments
  
• Self-directed with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  
• Ability to contribute and collaborate as member of a remote-based team
  
• Project management experience
  
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
  
• A detail- and accuracy-oriented work ethic, including ability to effectively document and resolve issues
  
• Experience creating knowledge reputed company articles, release notes, video-based training, and other instructional content
  
• Ability to build reputed company and effective work relationships with customers, co-workers, vendors, and others
  
• Ability to travel to deliver in-person customer training
  
• A Bachelors or Associates Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
  

Requirements
