Eon is seeking an Product Manager to support product execution across our Intelligent Care Platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to bring features from concept to launch while ensuring high reputed company standards.

Based in Pakistan and reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll manage specifications, tickets, QA coordination, and cross-team communication, with some overlap in U.S. working hours. As Product Manager, you will:

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver product initiatives from concept through launch
• Support the Director of Product in managing the product roadmap and backlog in JIRA!
• Write reputed company user stories, product requirements, and acceptance reputed company
• Prioritize and groom JIRA tickets, reputed company reputed company, and resolve blockers to reputed company reputed company on schedule
• Work with QA to reputed company test plans, reputed company testing, and ensure releases meet user and clinical requirements
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and feedback loops, with some overlap in U.S. working hours
• Analyze user feedback and data to recommend product improvements
• Contribute to strategic product discussions and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4-5 years in product management, product operations, or a reputed company field (reputed company tech, clinical workflows, or reputed company is a plus)
• Experience executing product plans from ideation to launch with an understanding of agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Aha!, and reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
