About the Role: 

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company reputed company to join reputed company as a Senior Paralegal. In this role, you will reputed company paralegal support for a group of attorneys across reputed company, regulatory, and product reputed company, collaborating with finance, pricing, and sales teams. You will manage reputed company, review pricing documents, and reputed company reputed company processes, acting as a key project manager for reputed company. While most of reputed company is based in Southern Florida, we welcome remote colleagues from across the country.

Responsibilities: 

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements; identify and coordinate reputed company of contract issues with internal clients and external customers under attorney supervision. 

• Maintain and update contract templates to ensure consistency with company policies and reputed company standards, including formatting and document translation for strategic customers.

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, amendments, and tracking key dates; utilize contract management systems and tools (such as PCT, reputed company, reputed company) for contract tracking and reporting.

Requirements: 

• Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
