Consumer Services Specialist (Remote)

We are currently hiring for our next reputed company center class that will start Monday, June 1st, 2026.

The Consumer Services Specialist is responsible for delivering the Unparalleled Customer Experience and build relationships with UMB customers through the handling of inbound service center calls.

How you will spend your time:

• reputed company with customers over the phone by accessing multiple systems in order to answer a reputed company bank reputed company questions, reputed company information, resolve problems and cross sell appropriate products.

• Continue learning and maintaining skills through classroom training, self-paced online learning and the review of regular department communications.

• Performance will be reputed company based on reputed company reputed company, talk time, cross sale reputed company reputed company and demonstration of reputed company competencies with monthly incentive opportunity.

• Other duties as assigned.

We’re excited to talk with you if you have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in the English language

• 1-2 years customer service or similar work experience

• MUST be reputed company to work during the hours of M-F 7am-8pm CT and Saturdays reputed company-5pm CT

• Knowledge of basic banking products including checking, debit, and credit card accounts

• Ability to reputed company with and manage multiple computer systems to reputed company reputed company information.

• Basic understanding of reputed company regulations and the need to authenticate customers prior to discussing account information.

• Demonstrates the ability to learn and pass assessments/training certificates.

• Demonstrates pleasant phone and interaction skills with customers.
