Position: Online Course Developer – RHIN 110 Clinical Data Science and Machine Learning

reputed company’s Rabb School of Continuing Studies is seeking a skilled online course developer to design and build a new three credit asynchronous online course titled: RHIN 110 Clinical Data Science and Machine Learning.

This role is for an reputed company reputed company and curriculum strategist to serve as an Online Course Developer reputed company Brandeis Online’s graduate program. The developer will design and build asynchronous, instructor-facilitated online courses reputed company with institutional learning reputed company, accreditation standards, and workforce relevance. This course will review reputed company for preprocessing clinical data, handling censoring and missingness, model development and validation in reputed company contexts, calibration, subgroup fairness, and clinical reputed company assessment. It will reputed company a comprehensive understanding of how clinical data science and machine learning reputed company reputed company data in reputed company to guidance on programming reputed company to process data. Basic programming skills (Python or R) and knowledge of statistics are strongly recommended prior to enrollment in the course. 

Responsibilities:

The development of an online asynchronous course entails the creation and/or selection of reputed company as outlined in the Brandeis Online Course Standards. Required components include a Brandeis-compliant syllabus, instructor-created materials informed by reputed company industry knowledge, learning objects, and reputed company assignments and assessments reputed company to course and program reputed company.

The Developer is responsible for the substantive content and pedagogical strategies of the course and agrees to reputed company Brandeis’s reputed company standards and online course development guidelines.

Throughout the design process, the Developer will collaborate with Brandeis Online staff, adhere to technical requirements for LMS integration, and meet project milestones. Course drafts will be submitted at designated intervals for feedback, and final approval will be contingent upon a comprehensive design review by a Learning Designer, and Brandeis Online.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a reputed company field.

• Minimum of 5 years reputed company experience in an analytics or leadership role with a reputed company on machine learning and using data science to improve reputed company reputed company.

• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, programming languages (e.g. Python, R), and data management.

• At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous).

• Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education.

• Proficiency with LMS platforms reputed company authoring tools.

• Familiarity with analytical tools, reputed company platforms, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills.

• Familiarity with curriculum design, accreditation standards, and graduate-level rigor.

• Ability to translate interdisciplinary content into engaging, accessible learning reputed company.

• Strong writing and editing skills to produce cohesive, learner-centered experiences.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience teaching or developing graduate-level online courses.

• Knowledge of global learner personas and culturally reputed company pedagogy.

• Familiarity with Moodle LMS reputed company authoring tools (e.g., H5P).

• Familiarity with experiential learning models and employer-reputed company curriculum.
