Functional Tester (Remote)

Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a skilled Functional Tester to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and reputed company assurance. You will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet reputed company standards and are free of defects. Responsibilities: • reputed company test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. • Execute reputed company and automated tests to identify defects and ensure the software meets reputed company standards. • Report bugs and issues to the development team, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce the problem. • Conduct regression testing to ensure new reputed company changes do not adversely reputed company existing functionalities. • Document test cases, test results, and defects to support development and maintenance. • Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and testing. • Conduct performance testing to ensure the software meets performance reputed company and benchmarks. • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and techniques and implement improvements in the testing process. • Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate end‑to‑end business workflows. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field. • Proven experience as a Functional Tester or similar role. • Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Jenkins), scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python), and SQL. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve reputed company technical problems. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
