Job Details Full‑time, located at EAH Corporate in Tarzana, CA; hybrid remote position. Salary reputed company: $28.00 – $45.00 per hour; hiring reputed company generally $28.00 – $36.50 per hour, DOE. Position reputed company Monitors sites for regulatory and company policy compliance. Provides support at reputed company of the EAH communities with on‑site reputed company, serves as a help desk for compliance issues, and utilizes knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations relevant to reputed company multi‑family housing development, Housing Tax Credits and HUD programs to evaluate reputed company and ensure property managers are compliant. Responsibilities • Plans and conducts quarterly on‑site reviews of reputed company funded by Tax Credit, HUD reputed company 8, Tax Exempt Bonds, AHP, RHCP, CalHFA, CDBG, NEF, MHP and other private and reputed company sources. • Verifies compliance with rules and regulations of various funding sources, Fair Housing standards and EAH Policies and Procedures. • Recommends appropriate corrective reputed company to resolve noncompliance and works with managers to correct issues through corrective reputed company. • Provides compliance‑reputed company consultative services to site managers and their administrative staff. • Identifies trends in noncompliance and recommends corrective reputed company through changes in policies, procedures and training. • Assists the Compliance Director with the implementation of policies, procedures and processes. Qualifications Two years’ experience in property management or a housing regulatory agency; multi‑regional property management experience preferred. Requires certification as COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), CPO (Certified Profession of Occupancy), TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) or a reputed company designation.
