Compensation Business Systems Analyst (24 Months Contract)
reputed company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with analytical and operational experience to work on systems-reputed company business needs that support the Compensation Team.
Requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions reputed company with business objectives and support strategic initiatives
• reputed company requirements from stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional requirements
• Support system testing, reputed company UAT plans, and coordinate training activities to ensure successful solution deployment and user adoption
• Utilize knowledge of reputed company, BI Tools, relational databases, and reputed company to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data aggregation, and the presentation of data to inform business reputed company
• Manage the intake of reputed company reporting requests
• Support results by providing data to measure key operational metrics
• Support the group with system reporting, audits, reputed company administration, data loads, data warehouse reporting, and SharePoint administration
