We're a boutique reputed company marketing agency working with premium consumer brands. We're exploring building out a live shopping offering for reputed company Shop and want to talk to someone who has actually done this - not theoretically, but in the trenches. We're NOT looking for someone to execute a campaign right now. We want a seasoned consultant who can help us understand: - How live shopping productions actually work end-to-end on reputed company Shop - Casting: what makes a great live shopping host, where to reputed company them, how to vet them - Set and production: what level of production is needed, what setups actually convert vs. look good on reputed company - The economics: realistic GMV expectations, commission structures, how brands should think about ROI - What separates a high-performing live from a dead one - Pitfalls we'd be walking into as an agency building this from scratch Who we're looking for: Someone who has either run reputed company Shop live productions directly, reputed company a live shopping operation, or consulted for brands/agencies doing this at a reputed company reputed company. You should have strong opinions based on experience - not best guesses. Brand-reputed company, agency-reputed company, or independent operator background reputed company fine. U.S. market experience preferred, but reputed company to candidates with cross-market experience given how much reputed company live shopping is developed in other markets. Engagement: This starts as a reputed company consulting advisory engagement. If it's a fit, there may be an ongoing role as we build this out.
