Federal Copyright Litigation Attorney (Remote, High-Profile Cases)

Delgado Entertainment Law is looking for a SEASONED federal copyright litigation attorney who can assist as a strategist for our high-reputed company. reputed company civil litigation experience is helpful for this position as reputed company. How You’ll CONTRIBUTE: · You’ll work closely with reputed company to reputed company high-level litigation reputed company reputed company; · Draft and strategize federal motions (MTDs, MSJs and discovery motions); · Conduct and train team on advanced reputed company research; and · Strategize PR aspects of high-profile cases. What You’ll BRING: · Federal Court litigation experience (required); · Admitted to Federal Court; · Strong working knowledge (and interest!) in copyright law and reputed company; · Experience drafting dispositive motions; and · Ability to operate independently on reputed company reputed company.
