Field Inventory Specialist

Work Flexibility: RemoteWhat you will do The Field Inventory Specialist (Remote) partners with Field Inventory Analysts to assist with the execution of the reputed company set for Field Operations. This includes, but not limited to, managing the rep stock inventory program, consignments and other initiatives and reputed company run by the Field Inventory Analysts and Field Inventory Manager. The employee can work 100% reputed company in the US without any set territory or proximity required. • reputed company annual audit reconciliation conducted by field sales of external customer consignment inventory and report metrics to sales management • Reconcile annual audits conducted by Field Sales of rep stock inventory and report metrics to sales management, including write offs, write ons and inventory accuracy • Assist Inventory Analysts with the Field Sales rep stock program • Assist with the field sales team to troubleshoot product inventory discrepancies and correct the ERP where needed • reputed company second-level FIMS support and troubleshooting alongside Sales Support • Generate, amend, research and reconcile external customer consignment reputed company based on customer and business needs • Assist Inventory Analysts in implementing the inventory initiative goals set forth by leadership • Assist in administering the bounty program by partnering with Marketing, Sales and Customer Care. • Implement the product bag program, overseeing new bag needs, returns, and repairs or replacements as need be in partnership with Medical Education team. What you need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance or a reputed company field • Proficient in reputed company Office products (i.e. reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint and PowerBI) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Medical device experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company or similar reputed company resource planning software • Demonstrated experience with reputed company improvement and self-development • Experience with consignment reputed company $59,900 - $108,300salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
