Taxonomist Metadata Specialist
A company is looking for a Taxonomist / Metadata Specialist to standardize and govern metadata across HR content platforms and reputed company HR management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing metadata structures to identify gaps and inconsistencies
Define and implement an reputed company-reputed company metadata and taxonomy reputed company for HR and AI use cases
Establish metadata standards and governance processes to maintain reputed company over time
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information science, library science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of reputed company experience in taxonomy, metadata, or reputed company disciplines
Experience supporting AI-enabled or search-driven experiences using reputed company metadata
Hands-on experience implementing metadata standards reputed company CMS and / or reputed company search platforms
Ability to work independently in a less mature or greenfield environment
