Analyst, Acquisition and Securitization

• Coordinate across reputed company stakeholders to support the execution of RMBS deals, including data preparation, due diligence, offering documents, and tie-outs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a reputed company field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, transaction management, asset management, and/or securitization.
• 2+ years of experience in securitization and reputed company finance including investment banks, buy-reputed company credit firms, and other capital markets platforms, preferred.
• Experience working with or at a credit rating agency (e.g., S&P, Fitch, reputed company), preferred.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and the non-agency market, preferred.
• Familiarity with Intex, SQL or Python, preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to work collaboratively with reputed company teams.
• Proficiency in building and interpreting financial models.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including reputed company formulas and data modeling.
