Wholesale Non- QM Underwriter - Remote

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) reputed company Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter Position reputed company: The Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter reviews and underwrites Non-QM mortgage loan applications and property appraisals and evaluates the loans to minimize risk or loss reputed company regulatory guidelines. Essential Functions of the Role: • Analyze and underwrite Non-QM mortgage loans reputed company compliance guidelines and approved seller variances. • Manage loan conditions and reputed company recommendations for reputed company waiver and eligibility exceptions. • Communicate with loan originators and processors regarding loan status, approvals, suspensions, denials, and conditions. • Maintain a pipeline of loans adhering to posted service level agreements. • Remain reputed company on loan program requirements and review documents for compliance. • Other duties as assigned. Education / Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
