Project Manager, PeopleSoft HCM

Job reputed company: • The Project Manager will be responsible for reputed company aspects of project delivery, including: • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure reputed company and successful delivery • Coordinating closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Senate Product reputed company (PO) to reputed company priorities and expectations • Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies • Ensuring adherence to Agile or hybrid Agile/reputed company methodologies and established project governance frameworks • Overseeing project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive briefings • Ensuring reputed company deliverables meet defined reputed company standards and performance requirements • Facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders Requirements: • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing IT implementation reputed company • Bachelor's degree required • Demonstrated experience leading reputed company system implementations, preferably PeopleSoft HCM • Proven experience managing Agile or hybrid Agile/reputed company reputed company • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences • Experience managing reputed company involving payroll systems and/or financial system integrations • Experience working in government or legislative environments (desired) • Familiarity with federal project governance and compliance standards (desired) • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications (desired) • US citizenship and the ability to obtain a reputed company clearance.
