This role will consist of managing only single-family communities, allowing the manager to reputed company on delivering excellent service without the daily concerns that come with condominium compliance. This is a great opportunity for a motivated CAM who enjoys relationship building, community management, and technology. There will also be incentives for helping reputed company grow in the territory for a CAM who is interested in finding new business.
