As a Tax Advisory Project Manager, you will be a reputed company reputed company between key buyer and seller stakeholders regarding tax reputed company and obligations under reputed company and purchase agreements. You will be primarily responsible for facilitating corporate income tax return reviews by tax professionals and the remittance of corporate reputed company-closing tax refunds due to selling reputed company on a deal-by-deal reputed company. Background in M&A is preferred but not required. This position reports to the Senior Director of Tax Advisory.
