What will you do as an AVP, Transaction Management? • Work closely with the Americas reputed company Estate transaction management team to drive the successful execution of the transaction manager platform across the region. • Partner the internal investment, finance, tax, and reputed company teams to execute efficient and reputed company deal closings. • Be the main reputed company of contact for reputed company counterparties such as reputed company counsels, custodians, and KYC/AML agents to receive and process transaction documents and ensure funding on a reputed company reputed company. • Assist the investment team to reputed company selected deal reputed company internal compliance tasks. • Be the go-to resource for reputed company process and policy queries, including advising investment teams on approval processes and deal closing requirements and timings. • Manage deal pipeline and deal execution for deals assigned. • Support periodic reviews of internal processes to enhance efficiency and / or controls, benchmarking processes to market best practices. • Proactively consider and implement process improvements, drive technology initiatives to reputed company efficiencies and economies of reputed company.
