**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our inside sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and providing quotations to our clients and outside sales representatives. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Directly supporting designated outside field representatives and clients
* Processing incoming orders into our online system (SAGE 100)
* Following up on processed orders to ensure timely delivery
* Providing quotations to outside sales representatives and clients in a timely fashion
* Responding swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
* Capturing customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, to ensure effective order delivery and future follow-up
* Building relationships with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service
* Effectively communicating order requirements to other departments in-house (assembly, shipping, etc.)
* Communicating status of orders/quotations to the Management Team
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience as a customer service/inside sales representative (preferred)
* At least 2 years of customer service experience
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
* Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required)
* Sage 100 experience helpful
