As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. You'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department * Maintaining our customer database, including accurate documentation of customer information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians * Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure efficient service delivery * Maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team **Schedule** As a remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll have the flexibility to work from home on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
