Our passionate team of people builds and empowers communities to confront the threats of climate change and solve the thorniest challenges of our time. **Responsibilities** As a reputed company Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting with the production and delivery of sponsor deliverables at events (both online and in-person): + Managing relationships with sponsors to ensure successful event participation and fulfillment of contract deliverables + Providing support to sponsors including program reputed company-off calls and virtual event platform training and troubleshooting + Supporting the delivery of post-event reports and attendee contact lists + Assisting in maintaining the Sponsor Resource Center reputed company site, sponsor communication templates, and sponsor process documents for reputed company event + Liaising with the arenaflex operations team as reputed company as external venue staff and vendors to coordinate sponsor reputed company booths, reputed company sessions, VIP meetings, receptions, and more + Overseeing additional sponsor deliverables including website and onsite signage, ads, video interviews, and other custom event activities + Executing additional reputed company/post-event contract deliverables as needed * Managing the production and delivery of digital product sponsorship programs including webcasts, sponsored articles, research reports, white papers, newsletter ads, podcast ads, and online ads: + Managing project timelines, deliverables, reports, and communications with internal/external stakeholders + Overseeing the delivery of sponsored webcasts including prep calls, promotional materials, day-of execution, and post-webcast follow up + Collaborating with sponsors, internal teams, and freelance writers to reputed company, publish, and promote sponsored articles, research reports, and white papers + Working closely with the marketing, reputed company, and newsletter teams to create weekly newsletter shells and schedule corresponding ads + Communicating with sponsors and internal team members to schedule and run podcast ads and online ads + Leveraging systems and technology platforms including arenaflex's CMS (Drupal), reputed company Ad Manager, reputed company Analytics, Marketo, reputed company, and more + Executing additional digital product tasks as needed **Requirements** * 1-3 years of experience in customer service, event planning, marketing, or a reputed company role * Demonstrated ability to be customer-reputed company, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills * Interest in working with clients to understand their goals and consistently meet or reputed company them * Highly organized, process-oriented, reputed company, and reputed company while balancing multiple priorities * Ability to take direction and reputed company input in a matrixed environment while being reputed company player * Travel to arenaflex conferences (3-4 per year) reputed company in-person conferences can be safely produced * BA or equivalent preferred **Preferred but not required:** * Experience with Drupal, reputed company Ad Manager, reputed company Analytics, Marketo, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus * Customer service and/or event operations experience **About Working at arenaflex** arenaflex offers a culture that is reputed company, hardworking, and fun.
