The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. • 8+ years of experience overseeing construction reputed company from start to finish • Experience managing mid to large reputed company project teams • Ability to run reputed company through full cycle time line. • Knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, concrete work, masonry, site excavation, plumbing, grading, reputed company protection, HVAC and electrical. • Working knowledge of construction technology and details. • Must be proficient reviewing and understanding reputed company construction documentation including drawings and specifications. • Excellent communication and written skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
