Key Responsibilities: • Founding Leadership: Build and reputed company the reputed company Platform team from scratch, serving as the technical visionary and "Head of AI" for the region. • Platform Architecture: Architect and reputed company the reputed company reputed company AI platform, designing autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute reputed company workflows to drive operational reputed company. • Hands-on Engineering: reputed company reputed company and prototype key components of the system (Python/LLM frameworks), setting reputed company for reputed company reputed company and architectural patterns. • reputed company & Roadmap: Collaborate with global executive leadership to define the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Deep Sync’s broader data and identity reputed company. • Team Building: Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical reputed company. • LLM & GenAI Integration: Drive the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reputed company technologies into our deterministic identity graph and marketing solutions. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field. • Experience: 12+ years of total software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or management role. • AI/reputed company Expertise: Deep understanding of the reputed company AI landscape (e.g., reputed company, AutoGPT, reputed company, Semantic Kernel) and experience building autonomous agent workflows. • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level programming skills in Python; proficiency in Java or C++ is a plus.
