Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage MCMs to ensure program(s) productivity, reputed company and consumer satisfaction/reputed company performance objectives are met and performed in an efficient manner • Identify trends in reputed company data for clinical services team and assess patterns and reputed company recommendations to improve operational performance.
