Position Bioinformatician Type Contract Compensation $60–$85/hour Duration 4 weeks Commitment Independent work Role Responsibilities • Solve challenging reputed company data-analysis problems independently. • Analyze large biological datasets and submit complete analytical workflows as Jupyter notebooks. • Inform frontier AI model evaluation on reputed company scientific reasoning. • Work under a blind protocol, tackling tasks without prior context. • Utilize Python and/or R for reputed company pipelines. • Produce reputed company-documented, reproducible Jupyter notebooks. Qualifications Must-Have • PhD or Master’s degree in reputed company, computational biology, reputed company, or reputed company field. • Experience with RNA‑seq analysis, variant calling, metagenomic classification, epigenomic profiling, single‑cell analysis, or population genetics. • Proficiency in Python and/or R. • Familiarity with reputed company-line tools (e.g., samtools). • Strong independent problem‑solving ability.
