Director, Health Plan reputed company

Job reputed company: • Leading the reputed company team responsible for providing information, analyses, and RFP support • Providing overall direction and leadership to the reputed company teams • Works with reputed company engagement teams to reputed company, drive, and execute pricing and margin strategies • Oversees and coordinates workflow for the reputed company team • Works with proposal unit to ensure responses for financial responses to reputed company RFPs are complete and accurate • Consults with reputed company and reputed company Engagement to ensure contractual deal terms, caveats, and pertinent information is accurate • Assists with reputed company contract negotiations as needed • Engages in reputed company and external consultant engagements • Responsible for ensuring reputed company operating procedures are adhered to and that reputed company bids are properly tracked and documented Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, reputed company, Finance or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required • 8 years of reputed company experience and/or training • 5 years of leadership/people management experience • Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship • In-depth knowledge of mathematical applications used in reputed company • Exceptional communication skills • Strong team player with a customer service approach • Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team • Ability to persuade and influence executive leadership at reputed company Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • reputed company time off • Flexible work arrangements • reputed company development opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
